Meeting of the Steering Committee, 14th Jan 2020

The Steering Committee met on the 14th January 2020 and discussed how they were proposing to communicate with the Forum and Residents. It was decided as a first step to deliver a leaflet to as many residents as possible giving the contact details and seeking ideas and comments. These should be distributed in early February.

Dates for further Steering Committee Meetings, the AGM and ‘Round Table’ consultations were discussed and further investigations will be made to find out availability of suitable facilities before dates are announced.

Steering Committee members were tasked with investigating various aspects of the Neighbourhood and how they are governed by the existing Planning regulations and policies, to get a better understanding of how these affect the scope and detail of our Neighbourhood Plan.
